Nichola McTeague

Nichola originally joined Skillsfirst in March 2010, following a successful decade in financial services.  As the founding member of the Customer Service team, she was instrumental in building and leading a multifaceted department, encompassing customer service, quality assurance, Functional Skills, and managing partnerships with external consultants.

Over the years, Nichola has accumulated a wealth of experience, completing two apprenticeships and an assessor qualification.  This expertise, combined with her direct engagement with customers, has given her invaluable insights into their needs.

In 2017, Nichola transitioned into Business Development as a Relationship Manager, and she now works in the National Team as a Key Account Manager.  In this role, she works closely with both new and established centres, driving growth and enhancing their qualifications and end-point assessment solutions.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nichola has completed two abseils and a thrilling 15,000-foot skydive, all in support of charitable causes.
