  • How do I correct an incorrectly issued certificate?

    Return the certificate and unit transcript via recorded delivery to VTCT Skills’ Eastleigh office: Annealing Close,
    Eastleigh, SO50 9PX, along with a letter explaining the error.

  • How do I order record of assessment books / records and badges?

    VTCT Skills record of assessment books can be ordered via Linx2Product on the Linx2 portal by approved centres (fees apply). Alternatively, download the assessment records from our website: 

    1. Go to the Find a Qualification page. 
    2. Locate and select the relevant qualification. 
    3. Click on the DOCUMENTS tab.
