Please have the following information ready when you call:

  • Your full name (as it appeared when you achieved your qualification)
  • Your date of birth
  • The qualification title and/or the year you completed your qualification
  • The name of the centre where you studied your qualification

Please Note: Our certificate templates have been redesigned several times to incorporate additional security features and brand updates, and therefore a replacement certificate may not look and feel the same as the original.

Replacements for Certificates issued pre 2009

For certificates issued before 2009, payments can be made by credit or debit card over the phone through our Customer Support team at +44 (0) 23 8068 4500. Fees:

  • Replacement for certificates issued post-1995: £37.50
  • Replacement for certificates issued pre-1995: VTCT Skills cannot issue replacement certificates from this period. Instead, we can provide an Academic Transcript letter detailing any achievements found after searching our archive records. This service costs £63.00, which includes a £25.50 archive search fee and a £37.50 transcript issuance fee (non-refundable).

If your original certificate was awarded by IIHT/IHBC, your replacement will now be a VTCT certificate. Please note that all replacement certificates will be marked as “Replacement” in accordance with regulatory requirements.

We cannot enter into any correspondence regarding awards not found in our records. Please ensure that the reason for replacement (e.g., lost, stolen, destroyed) is acceptable to VTCT Skills. Once the archive search has been completed, the fee is non-refundable.

Please Note: Our certificate templates have been redesigned several times to incorporate additional security features and brand updates, and therefore a replacement certificate may not look and feel the same as the original.

Once you have successfully completed a course with VTCT Skills, you can apply for a qualified badge, proudly worn by many professionals in the industry.

To order your badge(s), please call us on +44 (0)2380 684500 to place an order, ensuring you have a payment method to hand.
