The Quality Assurance Administrator is a vital member of the VTCT team, undertaking a wide range of differing administration tasks to support training providers across both brands. This position requires a skilled mind to comply with regulatory requirements. The right candidate will need someone with keen skills who can deliver complex and specialist information that is learnt through on-the-job training.

Principal Responsibilities of the Role

  • Undertake a wide range of differing administration tasks to support training providers across both brands.
  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of administration systems, processes and its related linked software to support quality assurance operations.
  • Work alongside the relevant authorities to ensure data held within official databases comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Run/maintain data-cleansing procedures to ensure all data held is correct and free of anomalies.

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a busy and complex administration environment.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of working in a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of the responsibilities of an Awarding Organisation.
  • Use of bespoke IT systems.
  • Use of CRM systems.
