We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Marketing and Administrative Assistant to support our team with a mix of marketing support and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Marketing Support:
    • Manage the marketing email inbox using HubSpot, responding or passing emails to marketing team members
    • Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns, using HubSpot
    • Assist with the LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok social media accounts and engage with followers
    • Assist Marketing Events Manager with external and internal event planning and coordination
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and Chief Commercial Officer
    • Administration of expenses
    • Managing internal meeting room booking and related hospitality requirements

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in the use of a CRM system, ideally HubSpot
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and social media platforms
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive and can-do attitude

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working within a marketing team
  • Problem solving skills
  • Graphic design skills
