ST0321: Recruitment Resourcer Level 2

A Recruitment Resourcer may be employed within a specialist recruitment business or within an organisation that has its own recruitment function.

The primary responsibility of a Recruitment Resourcer is to scout, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process in line with the requirements of the business.

Other standard responsibilities for a Recruitment Resourcer are: 

  • Ensure industry codes of ethics and relevant legislation are adhered to as applicable
  • Identify new business opportunities through a variety of means and refer these opportunities to a recruiter

Gateway requirements

The decision to take an apprentice through Gateway is made between the employer, training provider and apprentice, typically after 12 months on-programme.

The apprentice must have completed all on-programme elements before they enter Gateway, including:

End-point Assessment (EPA) Criteria

The EPA consists of two assessment methods: a resourcing project assignment and a professional discussion.
